The Paleo way is definitely a lifestyle and not just a fad diet for me. I had tried everything to get healthy and even hired a personal trainer and stuck to a strict plan with him for 2 years. It wasn't until I changed EVERYTHING in the kitchen that I started seeing a change. We didn't slowly start implementing Paleo foods, instead, we cleaned out our entire kitchen and changed everything over that night! It was overwhelming to begin with and the first week was the hardest, but after that, it was exhilarating to learn about this new way of living and I couldn't get enough after feeling the best I'd ever felt!
