US IN THE KITCHEN
To be honest, our recipes are a mix of mistakes in the kitchen, wasted ingredients and a lot of lessons learned over the past 6 years. We also pull from sources like Pinterest, magazines and blogs just like you!
One of our favorite things to do is recreate recipes. If we are craving pizza, we make a Paleo version using different ingredients and hoping for the best! Reeces, milkshakes and cookies, we do that too. I understand that kicking habits is important, but sometimes those sweet tooth's are there to stay, or creep up at certain times, and that's when a re-creation is my most favorite! Enjoy the sweet life without regret!

nachos
Plantain chips with ground beef, avocado and salsa. Get creative and add peppers, onions, jalapenos and shredded lettuce. Your call!

salsa chicken
Just add chicken, Mateo's salsa and sweet potatoes to the Instant Pot. Pressure cook for 25 mins. Easily done on a cookie sheet in the oven as well. One sheet/pot meals are my favorite!

Sausage & a side
Aidell's Chicken Apple Sausage with sautéed sweet potatoes (or cauliflower rice) Both filling and simple.

butternut squash spaghetti
Spiralized squash in one skillet and in the other, brown your ground beef and add in your pasta sauce. Done!

chicken fried steak and onion straws
Dip your steaks in egg and then a mix of tapioca flour and coconut flour. Fry in olive oil. Repeat for your onions and throw in sautéed brussels and you're set!

Bunless burger
Doesn't need much explanation but some of my favorite additions: avocado, mushrooms, onions, bacon, lettuce, pickles and of course a fried egg!

eggplant parm
Slice your eggplant and fry them just like the steaks mentioned above. Add "meat sauce." Devour! Another addition: a nice bed of spaghetti squash for that full parm feel.

BYO Omelette
Build your own. Start with the egg, then a meat and all the veggies you desire. This one has peppers, chicken and beef, spinach and mushrooms. You won't even miss the cheese.

Stir-Fry
Spiralize yellow squash and zuchinni. Grill chicken and add coconut aminos. Super simple but feel free to add veggies like carrots, broccoli, tomatoes etc.

steak and veggies
Grill a steak and add this delicious blend of sweet potatoes and brussels. My favorite side dish by far.

Tomato basil soup
Canned coconut milk, canned whole tomatoes with basil (roasted in oven for a bit) Vegetable broth and seasonings. Cook on high and then blend it all up and enjoy!
